Mouse on the Clocktower Christmas Ornament is a wooden ornament for Hudson Ohio that makes a lovely Christmas gift for anyone familiar with Hudson, Ohio.

The mouse on the Hudson clocktower at Christmas is an iconic sight! Hudson is decorated so beautifully at this time of year!

How did the mouse get there? One version of the story has been adapted by Destination Hudson / Visitor Center. I am honored to have created all the illustrations for the storybook.

This ornament is inspired by my illustration for the cover of the book, with the little mouse looking up at our clock tower.

On the back, I have handwritten "Hudson Ohio".

The ribbons are usually red but the pattern will vary depending on what I have in stock.

Ornaments come packaged in a clear cello bag with a little card about it.

Standing on the green in the center of town, the Hudson clocktower is an iconic landmark that is greatly loved by residents and visitors. We decorate it brightly at Christmas with lights, wreaths, and of course - the mouse!

The clock tower's image adorns signs, business logos, and clothing. We hold concerts and markets in its shadow, and give directions based on it.

The clock tower was donated by James W. Ellsworth, who was a great benefactor to Hudson in the early 1900's. In 1912, he contracted New York architect Henry Hardenburg to design and build a clock tower in a Romanesque style.

Makes a perfect gift for anyone who knows and enjoys the clock tower in Hudson. Enjoy!
